Yes way, Brosé

Rosé jumped into the sipping limelight over the past couple years, with bros embracing blush on patios everywhere.

Thanks goes to the wineries that are crafting dry, crisp and vibrant rosés rather than the unctuous swill of yesteryear.

The zippy, acidic, mineral-laced rosés from the cool climate region of the Okanagan Valley, tucked in the mountains of the Pacific northwest and just hop, skip and a jump north of the US border, are an excellent representation of this movement.

Here are three solid sippers from BC that fit the bill, and will get the bros thinking pink. What binds these three pinks is that they’re all Pinot Noir-based, which is showing its A-game in this northern valley.

Here are my notes and ratings from Delectable on these three pinks.
